CfA: Visiting Assistant Professor in Korean History2026.5.2 {de}
The Department of East Asian Studies at the University at Albany, State University of New York (SUNY) invites applications for the position of visiting assistant professor in Korean history, a non-tenure track position with a term of one academic year (2026-2027), with a possibility of renewal depending on funding. The teaching load is three courses per semester. The successful candidate will teach undergraduate courses, including surveys in premodern and modern Korean history, an introductory course on Korean culture, and elective courses in their area of specialization. Preference will be given to those with teaching experience in these areas. We ask interested applicants to send a brief note of interest and their CV to easian[at]albany.edu.
