The Division of East Asian Studies at Yonsei University’s Mirae Campus in Wonju is inviting applications for a tenure-track position in Political Economy or Comparative Politics. The division offers a bachelor’s degree in East Asian Politics and Economics, with a strong liberal arts foundation, taught entirely in English. The teaching load is 5 three-credit point classes per academic year, with the option to reduce to 4 classes contingent upon research performance. The appointment will begin on March 1, 2027, although the start date may be negotiable. A Ph.D. or equivalent degree is required at the start of the appointment. The deadline for application is June 12 at 3 pm Korean Standard Time.
