CfA: NSTC Taiwan Scholarships2026.5.29 {en}

This scholarship has been made possible with the support of the National Science and Technology Council (NSTC), Taiwan, for the purpose of promoting and furthering scholarship, research and teaching in Taiwan Studies, a subject area for which SOAS is already a world leader.

Scholars will be closely involved with SOAS world-renowned Centre of Taiwan Studies, further enhancing its outputs by being active participants in our research and events programmes.

There are multiple NSTC Scholarships available for 2026/27 providing £10,000 towards tuition for Home fee students and £20,000 for Overseas fee students. For students studying part-time, the amount will be split across two or more academic years.
